.NET Core 2.1 SDK for Windows x86

I don't believe the entire SDK is necessary.  I think .NET Core Runtime for x86 is actually the minimum required to run GMM.  But for license reasons with RSLinx Classic, it seems the x86 version is required, don't bother trying with the 64-bit version.
