By default, customer pick-ups do not have a shipping/packaging fee applied. All other shipping methods have a shipping/packaging fee.

Field	Example	Description
ID		Internal database id. Cannot be edited.
Name	John Doe Delivery Service	The name of the shipping method.
Packaging Fee % (non-DTDB)	0.04 (e.g., 4%)	Shipping/packaging fee calculation for any product other than dovetail drawer boxes.
Packaging Fee % (DTDB)	0.05 (e.g., 5%)	Shipping/packaging fee calculation for dovetail drawer boxes.
Packaging Fee Minimum	$30.00	When a shipping/packaging fee is applied, a minimum can be required.

For example, if the non-DTDB subtotal is $300, and the DTDB subtotal is $150:

• $300 x 0.04 = $12.00
• $150 x 0.05 = $ 7.50
• subtotal for shipping/packaging fee: $19.50
• minimum shipping/packaging: $30.00

On the invoice for this order, the value $19.50 wont appear. Instead, the minimum fee of $30.00 will be applied.
