CCR_Set_Timezone automatically detects the timezone using GeoIP and sets the timezone accordingly. Once the timezone has been set, ntp is used to set the correct date and time.

To install:

sudo dpkg -i ccr_set_timezone-*.deb

Then either reboot the device, or manually run the script:

sudo ccr_set_timezone.sh
