Once a BeagleBone image has been installed, there are several ways to get the C Code Run tools working. The simplest method:

connect the BeagleBone to a linux computer using the micro USB cable
send the necessary ccr_*.deb files to the BeagleBone using the ethernet-over-usb interface
- scp ccr_*.deb debian@192.168.7.2:
SSH into the BeagleBone device using the ethernet-over-usb interface
- ssh debian@192.168.7.2
run the installation commands for the .deb files
- if this is a wireless device, start by configuring the WiFi interface:
  - sudo dpkg -i ccr_wifi*.deb
  - sudo ccr_wifi_connection.sh MyWifiSSIDName mypassword
- install the rest of the packages and any necessary dependencies:
  - sudo apt-get update
  - sudo dpkg -i ccr_*.deb
  - sudo apt-get install -f
- reboot the device:
  - sudo reboot

Note: If you've installed ccr_user, remember that both root and debian will be locked down after you reboot. You'll need to login with the new ccr account and password. See CCR User for details.
